Sinn Fein/PIRA Exploiting Social Media for Perverting Democracy, Financial Fraud and Silencing Opposing Views.

The Shinnerbot Battalions?

This Blog Post assumes that you have followed my advice and watched the Movie, The Social Dilemma, this is important for your understanding of the content of this Blog Post.

The Shinnerbots are Directed by senior members of Sinn Fein/PIRA and their operational framework is The Green Book, “Get your Defensive Right before your Offensive”. This simply means demonising anyone who has a differing view to Sinn Fein/PIRA, for example, the language used against respected writers such as Ruth Dudley Edwards each day is nothing less than evil. Discourse analysis of that evil identifies its creators as sexual deviants.

Mary Lou McDonald, September 2020 said, “There is no Battalion of Shinnerbots”. Mary Lou McDonald has also recently said that, “The PIRA campaign was Justified”, this campaign included, based on Sinn Fein/PIRAs own Internal Audit in 1998, the Rape of 5,000 Catholic Womenand Children. 

Since 1998 the Rapes have continued, the Rapists continue to be protected and the Rapists continue to be moved secretly into unsuspecting communities in The Irish Republic and other countries.

Child Protection

While all three of the above are important issues, it must be remembered that Sinn Fein/PIRA remain the most active and sophisticated Paedophile Ring in Europe. In 2020 Sinn Fein/PIRA are continuing to move self-confessed Sinn Fein/PIRA Rapists and Paedophile’s around Europe. This Ghosting of sex criminals by Sinn Fein/PIRA has intensified as normal political parties in NI gain ground in areas controlled by Sinn Fein/PIRA and Sinn Fein/PIRA try to avoid sex scandals with potentially high-profile Court cases.

This scenario is also being played out in The Irish Republic as Sinn Fein/PIRA try to achieve high office, Sinn Fein/PIRA hit a block-wall in potential Government formation talks in 2020 when all parties were furnished with a portfolio of Sinn Fein/PIRA Rapists and Paedophiles being protected by the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership. 

The system being used by Sinn Fein/PIRA in 2020 to secretly move their Rapists into unsuspecting communities was also set-out in a comprehensive fashion. Any party that even considers going into Government with Sinn Fein/PIRA risks being tarnished with the Paedophile Label.

The hundreds of Sinn Fein/PIRA Rapists and Paedophiles protected by the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership have not simply gone away, they remain committed members of Sinn Fein/PIRA, however, have been consigned to Desk Duty, where they are active Shinnerbots.

In the above scenario, this is how it works. The Internet uses small pieces of code called ‘cookies’, if you have watched the Movie, The Social Dilemma, you will have some grasp of cookies and how the Internet connects people using cookies/algorithms. When a Teacher uses IT to support or interact with Sinn Fein/PIRA as can be seen each day, and then that Teacher interacts with Pupils, primary school or older.

The cookies and Algorithms have a tracking and profile of the Teacher and quickly develops links between the children and the Teachers Sinn Fein/PIRA contacts. Children will then be invited by Sinn Fein/PIRA deviants to engage with them on closed chat forums and the grooming begins for real.

A senior member of Sinn Fein/PIRA who had been moved secretly into The Irish Republic has recently been sentenced to 15 years in The Irish Republic for Grooming and Raping several children in this manner. 

Monitoring Sinn Fein/PIRA Criminals On-line

The Irish Observer constantly monitors the on-line activity of Sinn Fein/PIRA, I committed a great deal of resource to Sinn Fein/PIRA on-line activity from the moment the Irish General Election 2020 was announced.

Before during and after the General Election in The Irish Republic in 2020, the Irish Observer was using IT equipment to investigate what was believed to be a massive Political and Financial fraud being conducted by Sinn Fein/PIRA on-line. 

This Perverting of Democracy and Financial Fraud by Sinn Fein/PIRA is equally relevant to NI.

This Blog Post focuses mainly on The Irish Republic in order to make it easily understood, however, this fraud ensured that some candidates lost their seats in NI and SF/PIRA made gains in places such as north Belfast.

While there has been much discussion about Sinn Fein/PIRA Trolls/Sock-puppets-Shinnerbots bullying and attacking people on-line who offer a different view, than that of the Sinn Fein/PIRA position, this activity is of much lesser significance, than the Political and Financial fraud in which Sinn Fein/PIRA are engaged.

While we appreciate that the Sinn Fein/PIRA on-line bullying is having serious consequences for individuals such Ann Travers, whose Father, Magistrate, Tom Travers was shot and wounded and her Sister, Mary, murdered by Sinn Fein/PIRA, and she is set upon each day by Sinn Fein/PIRA like a pack of rabid Dogs, the Political and Financial fraud have consequences for our entire country and processes of democracy. 

Shinnerbot Battalions

Sinn Fein/PIRA have at least 20,000 Fake Social Media Accounts, these accounts are also known as Trolls/Sock-puppets/Shinnerbots, Twitter for example regularly bans Sinn Fein/PIRA members who are using multiple accounts simply to abuse those who oppose their view of the world. 

These Social Media Accounts span right across every Social Media platform available. The Social Media Algorithms have thus far not been programmed to take action against Sinn Fein/PIRA Financial and Electoral Fraud, as the main focus of the Algorithms is to generate user profiles and prevent breaches of Terms and Conditions.

As well as having these 20,000 Fake accounts Sinn Fein/PIRA have at least 10,000 traceable accounts, for example, the accounts for Friends in America, TDs, MLAs, MPs, Councilors and so forth. And it is these accounts that benefit from the Fraud.

Sinn Fein/PIRA attack the Social Media sites of those who offer a critique of their activity or policies, they will land dozens of Trolls onto an individual site and eventually that site will be closed as the Trolls keep flagging what are legitimate critiques, however, most Social Media Algorithms do not have the sophistication to ignore malicious complaints and simply bow to the request to suspend or delete the account, this is particularly important at election time.

In June 2020, the Irish Observer, in one instance, traced 111 social media accounts to three IP Addresses (Internet Protocol – each IT device has a unique number) to one street address in north Belfast, all 111 accounts were linked to a senior Sinn Fein/PIRA member. 

This senior member of Sinn Fein/PIRA replaced Bobby Storey as Head of Intelligence for the PIRA; he is also one of the key Sinn Fein/PIRA members who offers an over-arching strategy to Sinn Fein/PIRA on the Island of Ireland.

Yet, while holding high office within Sinn Fein/PIRA, this individual engages in lurid activity on-line as a Shinnerbot.

Sinn Fein/PIRA have Shinnerbots, Influencers, Proxies and a Harem of Malicious and Vexatious Trolls

Sinn Fein/PIRA have Shinnerbots, Influencers, Proxies and a Harem of Malicious and Vexatious Trolls who attack other Females on-line like rabid-dogs.

Sinn Fein/PIRA Influencers, in relation to on-line Fraud are a dangerous breed. These anonymous Influencers will follow people such as Ann Travers, will pretend to be friendly, like posts, retweet posts, make positive comments and so forth. Yet at all times the Influencer is collecting information and feeding that information back to those who control the Sinn Fein/PIRA operation, and they will determine the next form of attack.

The Influencer will actually direct and control the person being followed, they will send Direct Messages or make disparaging comments about other contributors, if those contributors appear to pose a threat to Sinn Fein/PIRA’s narrative, each day people un-Follow genuine contributors because Sinn Fein/PIRA have sublimely told them to.

One recent example was a Sinn Fein/PIRA Influencer advising a women with 5,000 Followers, “I have unfollowed him, I think he was one of the people involved in Kincora”, in fact the person being defamed, is a community worker who has never had a black mark against him and was simply criticising Sinn Fein/PIRA for breaching Covid 19 Rules.

You should not un-Follow anyone on the basis of information provided by someone else, make your own decisions, remember Sinn Fein/PIRA have information on a great many people, ask yourself, why would this person want to silence the Messenger rather than prove the message untrue.

Note: Sinn Fein/PIRA have not denied the information contained in this Blog Post, yet since it was posted many threats have been made against this Author.

Fraud

The Big Fraud, is in relation to how people view topics on Google, and how money is made on Google.

Google have an Algorithm (Check-list) for listing various sites and topics, for example, Google is simply a filing cabinet, and they want the most relevant file to appear at the top of a user’s search. 

So, for example, if a user enters a search on Google for ‘Breaking News’, one would expect that one would be taken to RTE/UTV or some of the big news platforms. This is not the case.

Buried in the code, HTML, of any site can be hundreds of key words/search terms, if you have what appears to be a very successful site then the Google algorithm will push you up the rankings and what should be an obscure site can appear within the Golden Triangle, this is the Top 3 points at the top of a Google Search Page. Those searching Google rarely go beyond the first page, and the Top spots are gold dust.

It is also worth noting, that your search history on your electronic device will bring you back to the same fraudulent listings, as most sites use Cookies to ensure that you get consistent search results. For example, when you Google ‘Breaking News’ you are not landed on a news channel in China or USA.

Unless you regularly clear your search history, the Cookies will keep bringing you to those fraudulent listings. In effect you are supporting Sinn Fein/PIRA by interacting with them wittingly or unwittingly.

Google Algorithm

Here is the fraud, one of the key criteria within the Google Algorithm is ‘Link-Backs’, Link-Backs come from other sites to a main site, this makes the site look relevant to many key-words/topics even though it might not be and usually is not. 

For example, a Link-Back is like a recommendation, the algorithm sees this recommendation and brings the listing/site up the rankings.

In the early days of Google companies such as BMW placed every conceivable key-word/search-term in their websites and were capturing 100s of Millions of searches that were not relevant to their business, but it was cheap advertising, until they were caught.

In the end BMW was taken down by Co-co Cola, as BMW had incorporated Co-co Cola into their key-word and search terms which was a breach of Copy-right/Trademark.

Sinn Fein/PIRA Fraud

Sinn Fein/PIRA Trolls, while appearing to be no more than on-line ‘Psychological Gang Rapists’ for those who offer an alternative view, are in fact creating hundreds of thousands of Link-backs to official/legitimate Sinn Fein/PIRA websites, Social Media sites and so forth, this means that Sinn Fein/PIRA are gaining much higher rankings in the Google search algorithm for 10s of millions of searches above that of their political rivals who are running sites in good faith.

The financial rewards are enormous, not simply for legitimate Sinn Fein/PIRA sites but also for associated businesses. Any site, that carries Google AdWords is paid commission by Google, on every Click on an AdWord to the site/business owner.

For example, if Mary Lou McDonald had a site on which she was carrying Google AdWords, the Trolls can be directed to her site, they Click on the Google AdWords as if passing tourists, and then a cheque is cut for Mary Lou at the end of each month or directly into her bank account.

If you have watched the Movie, The Social Dilemma, as I recommended, you will understand that the more Clicks on Google AdWords the more money goes to the owner of the site on which the Click is made. 

The Irish Observer can monitor traffic going to and from the Sinn Fein/PIRA sites benefiting from the Fraud, and in that generate a Conversion Rate, even a small percentage conversion rate across all Sinn Fein/PIRA Platforms can generate Millions of Pounds/Euros/Dollars per-year. To date this Fraud is in the region of £10,000,000 and growing each day.

Also benefiting from this on-line fraud are those businesses associated with Sinn Fein/PIRA, for example, it is well known that certain Sinn Fein/PIRA front businesses sponsor senior Sinn Fein/PIRA personnel, these businesses benefit from the exaggerated Listing on Google and fraud generated against Google AdWords.

Imagine two Hotels on a street in Dublin, one has the exaggerated listing due to Sinn Fein/PIRA fraud, the other have normal advertising supports. The Hotel supported by the fraud will come up at the top of your search for a Hotel in Dublin. This is an actual scenario played out day after day, across the Island of Ireland.

These fraudulent Link-Backs can be generated from anywhere in the world, particularly when we remember that Sinn Fein/PIRA have many ‘On-The-Runs’ (including sex criminals) in The USA (Friends of Sinn Fein), Canada, Australia, Europe and so forth. This international dimension further exaggerates the Sinn Fein/PIRA listings on Google and other Search Engines.

Sinn Fein/PIRA Political Fraud

The key point here, is that while the Financial Fraud can be very significant, the Political Fraud is the equivalent of The Russian interference with the USA Presidential Election. And again, in February, 2020, the American intelligence community advised members of Congress that Russia was attempting to interfere in the 2020 election. Unfortunately, the traditional political system on the Island of Ireland is light years behind the fraudsters.

Note: the Russian fraud was exactly the same as the Sinn Fein/PIRA fraud setout here, it was not that complicated, but had the capacity to help one candidate over the other in a fraudulent way.

People between the age of 18-34 do not watch TV in the traditional sense, they do not read The Irish Times or Belfast Telegraph, they do not listen to the Radio, and that is why Sinn Fein/PIRA are focused on Internet Fraud. 

You can deliver a crisp clear message to a youth who has no memory of Sinn Fein/PIRA Murder and Rape, and a fluffy Middle-class that simply want more disposable income.

The Internet has become an unlevel playing field for those who act in good faith, Sinn Fein/PIRA are Fraudulently making significant monies from Google AdWords and then spending this money on Google AdWords/Facebook Advertising to out-bid their political rivals at election times. 

Traditional political parties are employing family and friends to do their marketing, unfortunately, these people, while doing their best, are insignificant when set against the fraudsters. Marketing Managers will justify their high salary as they are talking to people who do not know any better, but the reality is, the Shinnerbot Battalions are light years ahead of them.

Once the General Election 2020 was announced in the Irish Republic, Sinn Fein/PIRA Trolls were directed by Twitter accounts such as xxxxxxxx to click on every Google Ad belonging to Fianna Fail, Fine Gael, Green Party, Labour Party and so forth. 

This action had the effect of burning up the daily on-line advertising budgets of those parties, while Sinn Fein/PIRA continued as normal with their targeted advertising campaign and assisted by Friends in America.

All of this Political Fraud is further exasperated at election time when Friends of Sinn Fein/PIRA in The USA spend hundreds of thousands of Dollars on on-line campaigns, directed mainly at the youth and middle-class vote. 

Proxies such as The Irish Voice, also drive specific advertising at the Irish electorate, making it appear that it is coming from an independent source.

Social Media Conclusion

Unless traditional and Democratic Political Parties, be they in NI or The Irish Republic, get their act together and begin to understand this Perverting of Democracy by Sinn Fein/PIRA, then Sinn Fein/PIRA will continue to steal their Votes.

There are many reasons that could be advanced for tighter controls on social media, however, such controls would from a security perspective be counterproductive. Social Media provides a rich source of Intelligence about those engaging in terrorist and criminal activity.

Before the advent of Social Media, it could take years to gather Intelligence on terrorist networks, interactions, relationships and so forth, now this can all be done from an office desk.

This wealth of Intelligence from Social Media allows for discourse analysis of various platforms and from this rich source, predictive and preventative Intelligence, can be extracted.

As Sinn Fein/PIRA and other subversive organisations continue to develop their on-line capacity, the Perverting of Democracy, remains their key goal. International research shows that people on-line read virtually nothing, they react to Glossy posts and do not want to engage in detailed analysis. Think about how Hitler got to Power.

In the British General Election of 2019 in Northern Ireland, Unionist candidates such as Nigel Dodds focused on traditional door-stepping politics, while behind the scenes Sinn Fein/PIRA had a Battalion of Shinnerbots convincing the youth and middle-class voters that if Finucane was elected, north Belfast would be transformed into a land of milk and honey. 

In the Irish General Election 2020 traditional political parties such as Fianna Fail and Fine Gael focused on Brexit, and this was understood, but Brexit was not a concern for most people. The people were being told by the media that there was a bottomless pot of money available to the Government and that money was not being spent.

Sinn Fein/PIRA capitalised on this Fake News about Gold at the end of the Rainbow, and the traditional parties focusing on heavy cumbersome analysis of Brexit. Sinn Fein/PIRA offered a simple Glossy message, everything would be FREE, under a Sinn Fein/PIRA Government. Sinn Fein/PIRA pushed this message 24/7, it was what people wanted to hear, following the long road to recovery after the economic crash, and they Voted for that aspiration.

The reasons set out above gave Sinn Fein/PIRA significant Electoral advantage over their rivals, both in NI and The Republic, to the point that even Sinn Fein/PIRA could not have anticipated their own success.

The Financial Fraud is of less importance to Sinn Fein/PIRA than the Political Fraud, and sadly, it is the business community, struggling in a shrinking global market place, who are paying for all of this fraud.

Businesses are paying for Google Advertising/Facebook Advertising and so forth in good faith, to try and generate business, only to have those Adverts fraudulently Clicked by Shinnerbots. 

The businesses lose both their advertising budget and the potential business if those Clicks had been from potential customers rather than Sinn Fein/PIRA Fraudsters.

Traditional political parties need to get their act together, and the Social Media Giants need to start Exterminating the Shinnerbot Battalions.

The Irish Observer believes in FREE Speech, but not in a FREE Lunch for Fraudsters.

Vincent McKenna Credibility

In 1993 powerful people including The British Prime Minister, John Major, The Secretary of State for NI, Patrick Mayhew and the leadership of Sinn Fein/PIRA, called Vincent McKenna a Liar, when Vincent McKenna disclosed secret talks between The PIRA and MI6. Now we know that Vincent McKenna was telling truth. However, Vincent McKenna had produced this document at the time to prove his case, Sinn Fein/PIRA no longer deny this document, but they do deny its provenience.

In 1999 Vincent McKenna was again called a Liar by very powerful people when he disclosed that there were Comfort Letters available to On-The-Run Sinn Fein/PIRA Murderers and Rapists. We now know that Vincent McKenna was telling the truth, although the evidence was produced at the time and denied.

In 2000 Vincent McKenna was convicted of sexual assault, Vincent McKenna has consistently maintained his innocence in these matters and these matters remain before the Courts. 

Vincent McKenna could have walked away from the charges and this was offered by Sinn Fein/PIRA, however, Vincent McKenna refused the offer as he would prefer to die on his feet than live on his knees.

Royal Ulster Constabulary, RUC, Good Friday Agreement

Rhetorical Question: “Will you tell us why you believe the actions of The RUC 1998-2000 in particular saved the ‘peace process’ and The Good Friday Agreement?” “Yes, I will do a short Blog Post and explain exactly what I know”.

The Plan was simple, Hume/Adams would try to develop a set of conditions that would allow everyone to stand down without losing face. This was not a complicated process, it was conversations, exploratory talks, a few notes taken and in the background people such as myself worked with John Hume and Richard and others worked with Gerry.

Martin McGuinness was never part of this process, McGuinness’s relationship with MI6 Officer Oatley was one of Handler and Agent, it did not start out like that, but that is how it ended.

In the end Gerry Adams brought McGuinness back into the fold and all of the above was presented as one project, it was not.

In 1994, there was the added complication of those who remembered the 1975 Sinn Fein/PIRA cease-fire, and how that was used as an opportunity for the PIRA to restructure, rearm and become a more efficient killing machine.

There were those who also remembered that in 1975 MI6 Officer Oatley and The PIRA Leadership were talking about British disengagement, this caused fear and distrust among Unionists and Loyalists and there was a sectarian onslaught as a result.

As 1998 approached, there were real prospects of a break through on an agreed settlement, at this time, October 1997, The Sinn Fein/PIRA Army Council held a Convention in Donegal to vote on the Adams proposal to push forward with a ‘peace strategy’. The majority of some 80 delegates voted in favour of Adams, as we now know, many of them were Informers, Touts and Agents.

Some at The Convention did not support Adams, they under the Leadership of Michael McKevitt would form the Real IRA and would be tactically armed by Kevin McKenna, Thomas ‘Slab’ Murphy and Martin McGuinness. The Real IRA were to be used, wittingly or unwittingly as Proxies to bomb Unionists into a power-sharing Executive with Sinn Fein/PIRA who were presenting themselves as ‘Doves’.

I have already stated in other posts how I exposed this Duplicity by the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership, but it is fair to say that as the ‘peace gravy train’ pulled into Station Stormont, with promises of big salaries, big expense accounts and Ministerial positions that could satisfy even the most inflated egos, people fell silent.

Suddenly, people who had contributed nothing to years of hard work, jumped into first class compartments and ignored the screams of the mud-larks in the back streets of Belfast who continued to be brutalised and murdered.

People such as Tony Blair who was trying desperately to put distance between himself and the scandal of £1 Million donation from Bernie Ecclestone, Berty Ahern who was running from corruption allegations and Bill Clinton taking shelter from all sorts, used the ‘peace process’ for a public relations onslaught.

While all the Grandstanding was going on at Stormont, behind the scenes there were serious problems, both within Sinn Fein/PIRA and within ‘Loyalism’.

The UDA was tearing itself apart, The UVF Leadership were trying to be Progressive, the single biggest threat from loyalist paramilitaries was ‘The Orange Volunteers’ which had now become an umbrella was a variety of dissenting voices with loyalism. The Orange Volunteers ran smear campaigns against The UDP and The PUP.

Following the Murder of Billy Wright by The INLA and their helpers, in December 1997, the LVF graduated towards the Orange Volunteers. The Orange Volunteers were building a kill capacity both in terms of weaponry and personnel that would only previously have been equalled by the UDA/UFF under Johnny Adair.

It was therefore important, for the sake of a fledgling ‘peace process’ that The Orange Volunteers be dismantled, they had a kill list of Sinn Fein/PIRA members that when executed would send The PIRA on the warpath and throw the ‘peace process’ into disarray. They had intended planting no-warning bombs in The Republic and they knew where they were going.

The RUC, could easily have stood back and taken no action against what was building up into a serious killing machine. The RUC were not happy to see those who had Murdered and maimed hundreds of their colleagues be rewarded with high office while still retaining the ability to go back to a full-scale Racist Campaign of Ethnic Cleansing.

The RUC, whatever flaws they may have had over the years with rogue officers, stepped up and in a very short period of time, dismantled The Orange Volunteers, this culminated in the arrest and imprisonment of their Leader Clifford Peeples.

It is worth noting, Peeples and those around him, who choose the name ‘Orange Volunteers’ done a great disservice to The Orange Order. Media from around the world were camped in Belfast for long periods of time, and Sinn Fein/PIRA were able to claim that the Murderous activity of The Orange Volunteers was being supported and financed by The Orange Order. Again Sinn Fein/PIRA were able to tell an international audience that they, Sinn Fein/PIRA, were the long-suffering victims.

While Sinn Fein/PIRA were using The Real IRA as Proxies and had no real concerns about Real IRA or Continuity IRA activity, Sinn Fein/PIRA viewed such activity as helpful, as it presented Sinn Fein/PIRA as the ‘Doves’ the ‘peace makers’, there were some personal conflicts. These personal conflicts, were an issue.

In Sinn Fein/PIRA heartlands such as Belfast and Derry, McGuinness and Adams were facing serious criticism from groups such as the IRSP/INLA in Belfast and Republican Sinn Fein/CIRA in Derry. As a result of these political critiques of the Adams/McGuinness Project, The Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership in Belfast sanctioned two attacks, one on a leading member of Republican Sinn Fein in Derry, Michael Donnelly and in Belfast, Kevin McQuillan of The IRSP was seriously assaulted.

Following these two serious assaults by Sinn Fein/PIRA, and in particular the attack on Michael Donnelly in Derry, the decision was taken by Joe O’Neill and others in Donegal to send a no-warning bomb to Connolly House in west Belfast. The bomb was to be blamed on ‘loyalists’, as ‘loyalists’ had previously hit Connolly House with a smaller bomb. The bomb was stopped, and in order to protect an Agent the media was told the bomb was on its way to a commercial target, it was not.

The third major threat to the ‘peace process’ and Good Friday Agreement which was halted by The RUC, was the Planned Murder of The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. This planned bombing was intended to simply wipe out any hope of ‘peace’, it had no political ambition, it had no strategy, it was to be a brutal slaying of many innocent people, to massage the egos of those who disagreed with Adams and McGuinness.

Again, The RUC stepped up to the plate and stopped the bomb in its tracks on the MI in 2000.

Those within Sinn Fein/PIRA who wish to discredit The RUC though vile propaganda and misinformation, should remember what has been set out above, many leading lights in Sinn Fein/PIRA in 2020 are alive because of the actions of The RUC.

The ‘peace process’ with all its flaws and failings is alive because of the actions of The RUC, The Good Friday Agreement is alive because of the actions of The RUC, many ordinary decent people on these Islands are alive and well, or lived out full lives because of the heroism of The RUC.

It was because of this work by The RUC between 1998-2000 that I spoke in favour of The RUC at a rally in The Ulster Hall, I make no apology for that, I knew who the real heroes of the 'peace process' were, and it was not, the duplicitous Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership.

#UnquietGraves in 1975, my cousins, Marion Bowen (pregnant), and her brothers, Seamus and Michael McKenna, were Murdered by The Glenanne Gang, they were innocent civilians, I was a child, but remember their broken bodies, Sean Murray has retraumatised all of us for Profit…

Mr Murray’s comments about me have caused me great distress as his comments carry weight within Sinn Fein/PIRA, of which his Father Sean ‘Spike’ Murray is a senior member.

Sean ‘Spike’ Murray was the person tasked with the importation of Glock pistols for ‘defensive use’, I know this as I was still working closely with Sinn Fein/PIRA until the end of 1997 when Sinn Fein/PIRA armed The Real IRA.

As you will be aware The PIRA Army Council remains in complete control of Sinn Fein/PIRA and provides an over-arching strategy to that organisation on the Island of Ireland and beyond.

As you will know Sinn Fein/PIRA continue to be heavily engaged in Criminality including Murder (Kevin McGuigan, Belfast, Paul Quinn, Monaghan) and continues to protect hundreds of Sex Criminals within their ranks while ensuring the silence of victims.

I believe Sean Murray’s intention by stating publicly, unfounded allegations, that I was a British asset was to set me up for murder, the last plot by Sinn Fein/PIRA to kill me was 2018 and that was compromised. They had planned to murder me as I had exposed once again the fact that they are continuing to export their Rapists across borders.

Rhetorical Question: “Can you tell us why some Sinn Fein/PIRA Informers/Touts were Murdered and others were allowed to live?”

Firstly, I would say that from my experience, many who were branded Informers/Touts and then Murdered, were not in fact Informers/Touts and were never in a position to be Informers/Touts.

For example, an RUC Informer/Tout in Monaghan Town was the Sinn Fein/PIRA member who began the rumors that Gerry Adams had set up Loughgall, yet, I know for a fact that Gerry Adams was not in possession of any operational detail relating to Loughgall until after that operation had failed.

This sadly was the type of Duplicity that one encountered on a regular basis within Sinn Fein/PIRA. Freddie Scappaticci is another good example of a British Agent pointing the finger at others while all the time he was the Rat.

Dennis Donaldson regularly issued statements to discredit people, and yet again he was the Rat, it’s a dirty business, and one sadly where many lives have been lost due to Duplicity.

Case Studies

A case study that I am very familiar with is that of Eoin Smyth, Monaghan Town. In 1981 Owen Smyth was arrested by the RUC, he began to talk immediately and told The RUC everything he knew about Sinn Fein/PIRA in Monaghan. Smyth was then charged with the Murders of 86-year-old Norman Stronge and his son James.

Smyth would walk away from the murder charges and simply serve a few months in The Maze. On the basis of information supplied to the RUC by Smyth, Jim Lynagh’s brother-in-law Seamus Shannon would be extradited for the murders of Norman Stronge and his son James.

Seamus Shannon also walked away from the murder charges but only on the basis that Smyth had not given State’s evidence against him.

When Owen Smyth was released from The Maze in 1983, there was division within Sinn Fein/PIRA in Monaghan Town, some wanted to shoot Smyth for touting, others said No. Smyth would have been closely associated with Jim Lynagh over many years and Lynagh gave him the benefit of the doubt, this view was supported by J.B. O’Hagan and so forth, as Sinn Fein/PIRA were at that time making some electoral impact in Monaghan.

While Smyth was allowed to return to the ranks of Sinn Fein/PIRA he was never trusted again by many, although the exception was Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan was in a sexual relationship with Smyth’s sister-in-law Dr Marian Smyth. It was Pete Ryan that allowed Smyth to participate in a Human Bomb attack in Fermanagh, 1990.

Eamon Collins

Eamon was in a similar situation to Smyth, he had turned tout, then withdrew his evidence and was given permission by the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership to return to Newry. However, Eamon continued to high-light Sinn Fein/PIRA Criminality and for this reason he was murdered by people well known to him.

Bernard McGinn

The sniper who killed the last British Army victim of the Troubles shot by the IRA has died at his home, reportedly of natural causes. Bernard McGinn was the infamous IRA sniper who shot Lance Bombardier Stephen Restorick dead in Bessbrook in February 1997.

When arrested McGinn turned informer and gave information on the South Armagh IRA leading to the arrests of many significant IRA activists, McGinn, unlike other informers was not executed by the IRA as he was brother-in-law to Sinn Fein TD Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin.

The South Armagh sniper was one of the most feared figures of The Troubles, shooting down soldiers from as far away as half a mile. He became a folk hero in Republican circles while derided by others.

McGinn was 56 when he was found dead at his home in Monaghan town on Saturday.

Police say it is thought he died of natural causes with a post mortem due to be held on Monday.

An IRA volunteer at the age of 15, McGinn was the son of a local Sinn Fein councillor and the brother-in-law of current Sinn Fein deputy and Health spokesman Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin, O’Caolain married Briege McGinn.

McGinn was a member of one of two IRA sniper teams which used the deadly Barrett 50 M90 calibre sniper rifle.

The rifle was used to kill a total of nine members of the British Army including Restorick who was gunned down as he chatted to a Catholic woman in Bessbrook in 1997.

McGinn was apprehended by British Army SAS operatives at a farm near Crossmaglen on 10 April 1997.

He confessed to his role in the IRA bombing campaign involving attacks in Northern Ireland and England.

He implicated more than twenty members of the IRA’s South Armagh Brigade in his evidence and was sentenced to a total of 490 years in 1999 for 34 separate offences, however, this was a smoke screen as he would be released under the terms of the 1998 GFA.

They included his involvement in the 1992 bombing of the Baltic Exchange and the 1996 South Quay bombing, and the bombing of Hammersmith Bridge later the same year.

McGinn was released in 2000 under the Good Friday Agreement.

Who Murdered innocent Protestant Mr Henry Livingstone in Tynan on March 6th, 1980?

Murdering Protestants

Kevin McKenna often referred to his ancestor Niall McKenna, who in 1641 murdered over 2,000 Protestants and drove many tens of thousands of Protestants from their land and homes. The English Civil War delayed plans by the British to retaliate against Niall McKenna, and this retaliation would only occur when Cromwell arrived in Ireland in 1649 whereupon hundreds of the McKenna Clan were slaughtered and exiled.

One of the tactics adopted by Kevin McKenna (PIRA Chief of Staff, 1983-1997) was to murder non-military/civilian Protestants and then issue a press statement through P.O’Neil that they (The PIRA) believed that the innocent victim was a member of the British military. This tactic was specifically used against the sons of Protestant farmers in rural border areas, eventually the Protestants would be driven from their land, this tactic would become formalised and more widely used with the adoption of a policy of ‘Ethnic Cleansing’ by The Sinn Fein/PIRA leadership in 1986.

Targeting Mr Henry Livingstone

Mr Henry Livingstone was an innocent Protestant who worked hard on his farm at Cortynan, Tynan, County Armagh. Kevin McKenna who was the Commanding Officer of The PIRA in Monaghan in 1980 sanctioned the murder of Mr Livingston as he fitted the profile which fitted with McKenna’s sectarian campaign in the border counties.

Murders of Capt Cormac McCabe and Columba McVeigh

The PIRA Unit who were dispatched by Kevin McKenna to murder Mc Livingstone were Sinn Fein Councillor on Monaghan Urban Council, Mr James ‘Jim’ Lynagh who was 25 years old in 1980. Lynagh was already a seasoned killer at the age of 25, he had served a sentence in The Maze/Long Kesh for possession of explosives. Jim Lynagh would be OC (Officer Commanding) the PIRA Unit that would murder Mr Livingstone.

The second PIRA member on the PIRA team would be Laurence McNally aged 28 from County Tyrone, who was On-The-Run (OTR) and living in Monaghan Town. The third member of the PIRA team would be 22-year-old Aidan McGurk, who was also from Tyrone and OTR living in Monaghan Town.

The Murder of Mr Henry Livingstone

The 3-man PIRA team were delivered to the border by another PIRA operative from Monaghan Town and the driver then returned to Monaghan as The PIRA team intended to steal Mr Livingstone’s car after they had murdered him.

The 3-man PIRA team took up position in a hay shed on Mr Livingston’s farm. When Mr Livingstone entered the shed The PIRA team opened fire and Mr Livingstone fell to the ground badly injured, he called out to The PIRA team to halt firing, however, Jim Lynagh and Laurence McNally stepped forward and fired another 6 shots into Mr Livingstone as he lay wounded on the ground, killing him instantly. For The PIRA team it was a job well done.

The Escape

The 3-man PIRA team then stole Mr Livingstone’s car and made their way back to the border where they abandoned the car and made their way back to Monaghan Town after being picked up by another PIRA member. The PIRA team were picked up in Monaghan Town by Gardai within a couple of hours of the murder.

Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act 1976

The 3-man PIRA team were charged by Gardai under The Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act 1976, this was the first prosecution brought under this law. While there was forensic evidence to show that all 3-PIRA men had discharged a firearm and there was mud and straw on their clothes to match that of Mr Livingstone’s Hayshed, the Court in Dublin found that there was not enough evidence to convict for murder, the men walked free.

In January 1981: Jim Lynagh, Laurence McNally and Aidan McGurk would be part of an 8-man PIRA team to murder Sir Norman Strong and his son James at Tynan Abbey.

Jim Lynagh would be shot dead by the SAS at Loughgall in 1987 and Laurence McNally would be shot dead in 1991 by the SAS in Tyrone.

In 1981, Aiden McGurk, 24, and James Ginley, 27, were charged in a special non-jury Dublin court with possession of explosives and membership in the outlawed Irish Republican Army, after they were found by Gardai sleeping as they waited to detonate a landmine by command wire. In July 1992 Aidan McGurk would face prosecution for PIRA membership, initially convicted and later acquitted.

Murder of Capt Cormac McCabe

In 1974 the IRA murdered Cormac McCabe, who was aged 42. Cormac McCabe was a married Father of two. Mr McCabe was known to this author. Cormac McCabe was Headmaster of Aughnacloy Secondary School and Part-time UDR Captain abducted from the Four Seasons Hotel in Monaghan Town while he was off duty. Out for a meal with his wife and handicapped daughter when taken by The PIRA Unit lead by Kevin McKenna and his side-kick xxxxxxxx McKenna (OTR south Derry). Cormac McCabe’s body would be found 500 yards inside the Northern Ireland border the next day, he had been shot in the head. Kevin McKenna had murdered a number of Protestants in and around his home town of Aughnacloy, and this earned him the nick-name ‘The Executioner’.

Cormac McCabe was shot in the head by a man who was well known to him, Kevin McKenna. According to Kevin McKenna, Cormac McCabe was interrogated, but refused under threat of torture and death to reveal any information other than his name and rank, as required under The Geneva Convention, Cormac McCabe refused to seek mercy, from a man who had murdered friends and neighbours of Mr McCabe’s.

Cormac McCabe Murder circumstances

In 1974 the Headmaster of the Protestant Secondary School, in Aughnacloy, County Tyrone, Cormac McCabe was kidnapped by the PIRA from the Four Seasons Hotel in Monaghan while he was having dinner with his family and he was murdered. Cormac McCabe was also a part-time UDR Captain but would have been well liked in Aughnacloy.

Cormac McCabe was not well informed about who owned the Four Seasons Hotel at that time, Alan Clancy was the owner of the Four Seasons Hotel and he was a bag-man for Sinn Fein/PIRA. The PIRA regularly patrolled the car-park of the Four Seasons Hotel in anticipation of loyalist attack. There was a revolver kept in the safe in the hotel and this would be handed out to PIRA members patrolling the car-park each night and then returned at the end of the night if there were no issues.

Cormac McCabe was kidnapped by a senior PIRA member from Aughnacloy, Kevin McKenna (PIRA Chief of Staff 1984-1997) who was on the run and living in Monaghan Town. xxxxxxxx McKenna was also involved in the murder, Hennessy was on-the-run and living in Monaghan. Jeff McKenna from Augher and others provided logistical support.

Murder of Columba McVeigh

Kevin McKenna told me that in 1975 Sinn Fein/PIRA activists in Dungannon/Donaghmore had raised concerns about a school boy called Columbia McVeigh, allegations were being made by xxxxxxx xxxxxx that Columba was being viewed as an informant and people were not happy that action was not being taken. Kevin McKenna initially ignored calls for action against Columba McVeigh but then Columba McVeigh was in Dublin and had meet Sinn Fein/PIRA members from Tyrone. Columba was not alleged to be involved in anything in Dublin. It was often the case that some Sinn Fein/PIRA who went on-the-run to The Republic liked to make themselves important and involved, even if they were neither, those who identified Columba in Dublin probably fell into this category.

17-year-old school boy Columba McVeigh kidnapped, tortured, murdered and secretly buried by Sinn Fein/PIRA in 1975.

Kevin McKenna came under increased pressure, from xxxxxx and Bridget McCartan, the suggestion being that Columba had been moved to Dublin by his ‘handlers’ to infiltrate The PIRA in Dublin. Columba was brought back to Monaghan and simply told that Kevin McKenna wanted to talk with him. To my knowledge Columba traveled from Dublin to Monaghan without fear. Columba McVeigh was brought to a PIRA safe-house in north Monaghan and was meet there by Kevin McKenna and Hennessy McKenna.

Kevin McKenna admitted to this author that Columba McVeigh was not an informer and this was proven by his interrogation, however, he had been so badly beaten about the head by his PIRA captures that the decision was taken to kill and secretly bury him.

The key consideration for Kevin McKenna was whether to allow Columba McVeigh to return to Tyrone with his grievous and life changing injuries where he could be used by Catholic Priest, Father Dennis Faul and others to highlight Sinn Fein/PIRA brutality against their own community, or simply dispose of the problem.

Capt Cormac McCabe, Columba McVeigh, Kevin McKenna, Sinn Fein, PIRA

Sinn Fein/PIRA Human/Proxy Bomb Attacks

Sinn Fein/PIRA had used Human Bomb attacks in the 1970s, however, the attacks were stopped when Sinn Fein/PIRA were consistently accused of being gutless cowards by forcing civilians to deliver bombs that they did not have the courage to deliver themselves.

Sinn Fein/PIRA would send personnel to places such as Columbia, Syria, Palestine and so forth, to teach paramilitary groups in those countries how to prepare and deliver Human Bombs.

In the 1986 Hindawi Affair, a Palestinian Arab terrorist romanced an Irish woman working as a chambermaid in a London hotel, getting her pregnant, asking her to marry him and persuading her to fly on an El Al airliner to be introduced to his family in Damascus, Syria.

She was stopped by airport security at Heathrow, who discovered that he had planted a bomb in her suitcase before taking her to the airport to put her on the flight.

Patsy Gillespie Murder

Martin McGuinness personally sanctioned the Human/Proxy Bomb campaign in 1990, it was Martin McGuinness who directed the operation to kidnap Patsy Gillespie, who was used by the PIRA as the first human bomb in the 1990s Human Bomb Campaign, the PIRA forced Patsy Gillespie, to drive a large explosive device to a military checkpoint at Coshquin near Derry, where it exploded.

The bomb was set off while Patsy Gillespie was still in the driver’s seat, killing him and five soldiers, Stephen Burrows, Stephen Beacham, Vincent Scott, David Sweeney and Paul Worral.

It has long been established that Martin McGuinness was an MI6 Agent from 1986, so it is difficult to understand the logic behind McGuinness re-introducing the failed 1970s tactic of using Human Bombs. Two things could arise here, firstly McGuinness’s Handlers wanted to present McGuinness as a more ruthless terrorist than PIRA Chief of Staff, Kevin McKenna, and therefore McGuinness should retake his position as Chief of Staff.

Secondly, although not exclusively, MI6 may have wanted to under-mine The PIRA campaign, by allowing McGuinness to adopt a tactic that had cost The PIRA both domestic and international support (i.e. Irish America) in the 1970s. Such perversions as set out here cannot be easily dismissed.

Peter North attempted Murder

Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan was the PIRA Commanding Officer, of The PIRA Unit dispatched by PIRA Chief of Staff, Kevin McKenna, to kidnap Peter North and force him to deliver a bomb to a British Army base. Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan had at his disposal several well-seasoned PIRA killers including Laurence McNally, Aidan McGurk, John ‘Dinger’ Bell and so forth.

Bizarrely, Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan also took Owen Smyth with him for the Peter North kidnapping. Owen Smyth was a strange choice, as Smyth had turned informer when arrested by the RUC in 1981 for the murders of Norman Stronge and his son James. In 1990, Pete Ryan was having a sexual relationship with Owen Smyth’s sister-in-law Dr Marian Smyth (was married to Owen’s Brother Brian), and Marian Smyth would give birth to one of Pete Ryan’s children after he was shot dead by the SAS in 1991.

Owen Smyth owned The Round House Bar in Monaghan Town; the bar had been left to Owen Smyth by Robert ‘Bobby’ Loane who was married to Smyth’s material Aunt. Smyth only opened his bar in the evening time on a Thursday, as Thursday in Monaghan Town was Social Welfare Day (Dole Day) and Smyth did not want Travellers in his bar.

The PIRA Unit made their way to Newtownbutler in County Fermanagh and at 9.30am, on Thursday, 22^ndNovember, 1990, they took over the home of Peter North

While Peter North’s parents were held at gunpoint, he was forced to drive a Toyota Hilux pick-up truck to Annaghmartin military checkpoint.

Peter North was forced to drive to a Northern Ireland security checkpoint with the biggest bomb ever made by the IRA had his legs badly beaten to stop him from escaping.

He was told that the truck carried a bomb on a five-minute timer. When he reached the checkpoint, he shouted a warning and a small explosion was heard, but the main bomb failed to detonate.

The vehicle was found to contain 3,500 pounds (1,600 kg) of homemade explosives, the biggest IRA bomb until then. The same checkpoint was the subject of a heavy machine gun attack on 26 December.

Bizarrely, in 1994 as I was working as a retail security man in Belfast during recess from University, a fellow security man told me that he was on duty at the British Army check-point the day that Peter North drove the bomb into position. The now retired soldier told me that when Peter North shouted the warning, all of the soldiers, except for one, ran away from the bomb and Peter North.

The soldier who stood his ground and helped free Peter North from the Van into which he had been strapped and which contained the bomb, was a Black Solider called ‘Chalky’.

In the aftermath of the failed Peter North operation, Peter North identified Owen Smyth as one of the PIRA Unit involved in his kidnapping. Owen Smyth was arrested by Gardai in Monaghan Town and charged for his role in the kidnapping. Smyth when arrested admitted his role in the kidnapping.

When Owen Smyth was charged, he began to try and cover up the fact that he had again talked while in custody. Smyth began to ask members of Sinn Fein/PIRA to make false statements claiming that they had been in hi pub on the 22^nd of November 1990 and that Smyth was there all the time.

I was asked to make a false statement to help Smyth with his alibi, however, I refused as I was working closely with a member of East Tyrone PIRA on another project and I was trying to keep my head under the radar. Eventually, Smyth got 26 people to say they were in his pub and he was there all the time.

Smyth’s pub was a tiny one-room entity that could barely hold 20 people. In a Prime-time documentary in 2020 about William Hampton, Owen Smyth actually said that if there were 20 people in his pub it would be full. Smyth also said that his pub was full as Sinn Fein/PIRA were celebrating Mrs Thatcher’s resignation that day.

This is not credible, as Mrs Thatcher would only remain as a prime-target for Sinn Fein/PIRA if she held high office, once retired, any attempt on her life would not have the same impact as an attempt when she was serving Prime Minister.

Owen Smyth had the charges against him dropped in relation to the Peter North kidnapping, yet any credible investigation would have found that his alibi was nonsense. I was in The Round House Barr 22^nd November 1990, as I always went in on a Thursday evening when The Northern Standard (regional paper) was published and I would sit at the same bar and read the paper from cover to cover. Smyth was not there.

Human Bomb Security Consequences

For the first time in four years, in 1990, the British army sent more troops into Northern Ireland. Some 600 soldiers arrived in early December of that year as the province braced for an upsurge of violence.

“Don’t blame us. Blame the terrorists,” said the signs outside bomb-blasted checkpoints where traffic crawled in long lines as soldiers carefully checked every vehicle.

Four border checkpoints had been closed during darkness in a tacit admission by the army that it could not totally protect them at night.

Taking over routine security patrol duties, the newly arrived soldiers would free special undercover troops to mount more covert operations against PIRA terrorists along the border with the Irish Republic.

Britain now had 11,000 soldiers in Northern Ireland, the highest figure since the early 1980s.

Human-bomb attacks would kill six British soldiers and obliterate two security checkpoints. Two near-misses could have caused similar devastation, and survivors told grim tales of their ordeals.

Gerry Kelly was tied into his camper in October, 1990, with 200 pounds of explosives and forced to drive into a British army camp.

Miraculously, he managed to wriggle free, and the bomb failed to detonate.

“It was a ghastly ordeal and, frankly, I don’t think I’ll ever get over it,” Kelly said afterward. “I am now thinking of quitting Ireland completely.”

Kelly, whose wife and 7-year-old daughter were taken hostage, added: “I just kept thinking about my family and what would happen to them.”

A month later, the IRA loaded Peter North’s pickup truck with 3,300 pounds of explosives, the biggest bomb they had ever made.

His elderly parents were taken hostage and tied up. He was told to drive the truck to a checkpoint. He managed to raise an alarm and stagger clear. Only the detonator exploded.

“They battered Peter’s legs so that he couldn’t run from the van. Animals wouldn’t do something like that,” Maureen North said of her son. “We didn’t know what we were going to do without him.”

It was the fifth time in 13 years that the Protestant family had been attacked by the IRA. They have now gone into hiding.

Patsy Gillespie, a Catholic, was taken from his home and forced to drive his bomb-laden car to a checkpoint in Londonderry. The bomb killed him and five British soldiers.

On the same night, another British soldier died in another human-bomb attack, but the kidnaped driver, an elderly pensioner, managed to escape in time.

Sinn Fein/PIRA were convinced that they could maintain their core support in nationalist ghettos despite being widely condemned by politicians and clergy for the new tactic.

Follow the Money

Recent revelations about Sinn Fein/PIRA Officials and Elected Representatives, wrongly receiving and then failing for six-months to return Covid 19 Emergency Funding Grants for Small Businesses, may simply be the tip of the Ice-berg.

The Irish Observer, has just spoken to school friend who is related to one of the SF/PIRA forced to resign “The Leadership only forced our ones to resign as they don’t want an investigation, fortunes are going through Personal Bank Accounts belonging to Leading members in Tyrone” 1/11/2020.

For almost a year now there have been serious concerns raised by some members of Sinn Fein/PIRA about money raised at fund-raising functions in 2019, money which appears to have found its way into the Private Bank Accounts of card-carrying members of Sinn Fein/PIRA.

In October 2020, the need for both The PSNI and HM Revenue and Customs to Follow the Money, was highlighted yet again as four card carrying members of Sinn Fein were forced to return over £30,000 that had gone into personal accounts from an Emergency Grant Scheme for Small Businesses suffering due to the economic fallout from Covid 19.

Sinn Fein’s, Bonny and Clyde, couple, Catherine Kelly MLA and her husband Barry McColgan, Sinn Fein Manager, west Tyrone Constituency, have been forced to resign as have former Sinn Fein MP and now former Sinn Fein Senator, Elisha McCallion.

The Cathaoirleach (Chairperson) of the Upper Bann Comhairle Ceantair (Constituency Organisation) has also forced to resign in recognition of their failure to return the grant payment in a timely fashion.

According to a senior member of Sinn Fein/PIRA in west Tyrone, Sinn Fein/PIRA are carrying out a root and branch investigation into the alleged movement of organisational fund-raising monies into personal accounts of card-carrying members of Sinn Fein/PIRA.

It is anticipated that senior members of Sinn Fein/PIRA’s Finance Department will visit a number of Sinn Fein/PIRA Office Holders over the coming days and interview them about alleged missing monies.

This is not the first time Sinn Fein/PIRA MLA’s in Tyrone have come under the spot-light for Money matters, in the 1980s serious allegations were made about monies from a national Draw run by Sinn Fein/PIRA for a car. A great deal of money was never recovered.

Francie Molloy

An Assembly deputy speaker has been linked to the murder of an RUC reservist and named as a police informer.

Sinn Fein's Francie Molloy was a suspect in the killing of Eric Lutton, MPs were told yesterday in the Commons.

During a debate on policing, the DUP's David Simpson, MP for Upper Bann, made a series of astonishing allegations against the senior Executive politician.

He claims the Mid-Ulster MLA, a father-of-four, was "well-known for his sexual indiscretion" and was recruited to spy on the IRA after being caught in a "compromising position".

Mr Simpson claimed the IRA's impregnable East Tyrone brigade was broken open by the secrets passed on by Mr Molloy, but alleged information had been held back that cost innocent lives.

Frederick 'Eric' Lutton, a 40-year-old father-of-two, was shot dead on May 1, 1979, near Moy in Co Armagh. The IRA claimed responsibility for killing the National Trust caretaker, Mr Simpson's cousin, but no-one has ever faced charges.

Speaking under parliamentary privilege, the MP said: "While at the family home, investigating officers discussed the case in front of Mr Lutton's wife and his family. They identified one Mr Francie Molloy as a live suspect having a role in the killing.

"They discussed the need to pursue a further investigation of Mr Molloy. To a man, they agreed this was a vital line of inquiry.

"Molloy was well known to the police yet none of this was ever fully investigated. Why was he not properly investigated?

"As well as being a suspect in the Lutton case and as well as being known to the police, Francie Molloy was also well known - and this information is from the police - for a series of sexual indiscretions.

"This was to rebound on Francie Molloy. Francie Molloy was caught by the security forces in a compromising position. As a result of this he was recruited as an informer for the police.

"During the years that followed Molloy passed on information to the police in Northern Ireland. This helped them to break open the IRA's notorious East Tyrone Brigade. Prior to Molloy's recruitment, the East Tyrone Brigade had been virtually impregnable. After it they suffered setbacks, taking direct hits and losing personnel.

"Any right-thinking person would wish to welcome the fact that the police in Northern Ireland were able to run agents against the IRA but in this instance, even though Molloy was an informer, it is also true that during that time innocent people were attacked, injured and murdered and Molloy said or did nothing to prevent it. He was less than a willing informer.

"While he gave over enough information to help compromise the IRA in east Tyrone, the question still lingers as to whether he gave everything he knew.

"Any good that Molloy may have done acting as an informer against the IRA and helping to compromise the East Tyrone Brigade was more than cancelled out by this callous disregard for the lives of his neighbours.

"Today, Francie Molloy is deputy speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly. He is also the Sinn Fein spokesman on victims. If ever anyone was wholly unsuitable for a such a position on victims, it's Francie Molloy."

Martin McCauley, RUC Murders

A member of the SF/PIRA Colombia Three is under investigation over an IRA landmine attack in which three RUC Officers were Murdered. Martin McCauley, who is from Lurgan but lives in The Irish Republic, is the focus of a new probe into the 1982 Murders.

Background

Sinn Fein/PIRA agreed to provide terrorist training to many international terrorist organisations since the formation of Sinn Fein/PIRA in 1969-70. This training was normally provided in exchange for weapons, ammunition and explosives.

However, the relationship between Sinn Fein/PIRA and Farc Narco-terrorists in Columbia would be very different. Sinn Fein/PIRA would be paid in drug money, Cocaine has long since been the currency of Farc, and in exchange for training Farc terrorists in various bomb and mortar making skills, Sinn Fein/PIRA would be paid from the cash generated by drugs smuggled into Ireland.

Sinn Fein/PIRA have a long and sordid relationship with the drugs trade. In this relationship with Farc, Sinn Fein/PIRA would assist, a relatively unknown Irish drug gang at the time of the Columbian 3 arrests, The Kinahan Gang, now referred to as The Kinahan Cartel, who are in a feud with the much smaller Hutch Gang.

Sinn Fein/PIRA would assist The Kinahan Cartel with the logistics of getting drugs into Ireland. The drugs would be sold by Kinahan’s network of dealers, the money would be laundered in front businesses belonging to The Kinahan’s and other premises belonging to Sinn Fein/PIRA, the latter mainly based in Dublin inner city.

Sinn Fein/PIRA in Columbia

At least 7 members of Sinn Fein/PIRA travelled to Columbia at various stages since the signing of The Good Friday Agreement in 1998.

The three who would become known as The Columbia 3, would be seasoned bomb maker, James Monaghan,James Monaghan was arrested with Niall Connolly and Martin McCauley in Colombia in August 2001 on charges of providing explosives training to FARC members. Connolly could speak fluent Spanish and was seen as an important asset.

FARC is the Spanish acronym for the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, the Marxist rebel group attempting to overthrow the country’s government since the 1960s.

NOTE: James Monaghan’s son, Donal O Coisdealbha (24), of Abbeyfield, Killester, Dublin 5, was charged with IRA membership and with possessing a timer power unit (TPU) at Profector Life Sciences based at Maynooth University. He was also charged with membership of an illegal organisation. This related to a plan to carryout a bomb attack on Prince Charles in 2015, when Prince Charles visited Ireland.

After a protracted trial, the men were found guilty in April 2004 of travelling on false passports but acquitted of the bomb-training charges.

However, the prosecution successfully appealed the latter decision and, in December that same year, the men were sentenced to 17 years in prison.

By then, however, the trio had jumped bail and fled Colombia. They resurfaced in Ireland in late 2005 and there have been no moves since to extradite them.

James Monaghan, while On-The-Run, from Columbian authorities, spoke at the Sinn Féin Ard Fheis and assisted in Sinn Fein/PIRA’s general election campaign.   

“To the world media, this was a story of major importance in terms of global issues of terrorism, intimately involving British and US intelligence, the Colombian government, the massive Colombian drugs industry, the US State Department, and the ‘peace process’ in Ireland,”

Man jailed for life for ‘cold and callous’ murder of ‘dissident’ Republican Michael Barr

David Hunter found guilty of killing ‘dissident’ republican at Sunset House pub in Dublin.

A car thief has been jailed for life by the non-jury Special Criminal Court for the murder of the Manager of the Sunset House pub in central Dublin by the Kinahan Cartel.

Liverpool native David Hunter (42), with an address at Du Cane Road, White City, London, had denied murdering Michael Barr (35) at the pub in Dublin’s north inner city on the night of April 25th, 2016.

The court found there was compelling evidence that Hunter was one of the two gunmen who entered the pub on Summerhill and shot Mr Barr.

In a victim-impact statement read by prosecution barrister Mr Dominic McGinn SC, Mr Barr’s former partner Jade O’Shea, who has a child with the deceased, said their six year-old daughter constantly asks for her father and that since the night he was killed their lives have been turned upside down.

Mr Barr’s sister Noeleen said in her statement that her brother was “brutally taken” from his five children and wider family.

‘Nightmare’

She said that after learning of Mr Barr’s death on social media she was “found in pieces” on the floor and described his death as a “nightmare” for the family and his children.

“How can you measure a life in drugs or money?” she asked.

She said the family had been through “mental torture” and described her brother as a talented sportsman, a family man and a gentleman.

Delivering sentence, Mr Justice Alexander Owens, presiding, sitting with Judge Gerard Griffin and Judge David McHugh, backdated Hunter’s life-sentence to April 2019, when he was first arrested on a European Arrest Warrant.

Speaking outside court, Det Supt Colm Murphy said that the shooting of Mr Barr was a “cold and callous” murder. He extended his sympathies to the Barr family and said that the garda investigation into the murder was ongoing.

The Irish Medical Council and Professional Standards

In recent days texts and e-mails exchanged between Medical Practitioners were published on WhatsApp and Facebook, these texts and messages allegedly relating to persons loosely associated with the sharing of a file between Tánaiste Leo Varadkar and his friend Dr Maitiú Ó Tuathail.

In the view of this author, the sharing of the file and the subsequent time given over to The Dail to question Mr Varadakar, are of little consequence when compared with some of the language used in, loosely associated communications, which were allegedly coming to and from Medical Practitioners.

The language being used in some of the texts and messages shared on social media and allegedly coming from Medical Practitioners, were in, in many instances not dissimilar to those messages exchanged between certain Rugby Players within a context where some of those Rugby Payers found themselves charged with and later acquitted of Rape.

Discourse Analysis of the texts and messages allegedly relating to Medical Practitioners raise several Red Flags about the individuals sending and sharing such communications.

Traditionally, the Irish people have placed great faith in their General Practitioners (GPs), General Practitioners have daily access to children and vulnerable people, and that faith, depends not simply on bedside manner, but also the language and actions of GPs in their daily lives.

We have seen many horror cases relating to GPs and Medical Practitioners in general, yet these remain in the minority, however, unless The Irish Medical Council demands the highest standards, those standards can result in the diminishing of the public’s faith in our healthcare system. Any Medical Practitioner acting in a manner derogatory to the Medical Profession, should be held to account.

The Medical Council

Public Information

The Medical Council is the regulatory body for doctors. It has a statutory role in protecting the public by promoting the highest professional standards amongst doctors practising in the Republic of Ireland.

In 2002, The Irish Medical Council heard 55 allegations against Dr Moira Woods, common law wife of, IRA Chief of Staff, Cathal Goulding. The Medical Council censured Dr Moira Woods for Professional Misconduct. The complaints arose from several investigations of child sexual abuse at a time when Dr Woods ran Ireland's first sexual assault unit in Dublin's Rotunda Hospital.

The Council's ruling came after an inquiry that began five years ago and ran to 43 days of hearing Forty-nine witnesses were heard, and the investigation cost £750,000.

Dr Woods had used anatomically correct dolls, and provided leading questions to the children involved, while reminding the children that they had previously told her where they had been touched.

There are reports of a case where Dr Woods allegedly failed to check opinions of other medics; where she accused fathers of abuse with insufficient evidence; where she failed to seek expert advice on a key issue before making far-reaching allegations of abuse. On her decisions, children were kept apart from their parents.

The case was inevitably chilling, as much for its implication as its recorded facts. It deals with nightmares: the terror of sexual abuse, but also the ultimate horror of any parent, losing custody of a child over false allegations of abuse.    

There were allegations of over-hasty conclusions, unfair interviews and incomplete reports. In all, Dr Woods was effectively accused of 55 counts of misconduct. The tally is not as broad as it might seem, however, for the inquiry dealt with 11 children from a number of families. In each case Dr Woods was examined on five different areas of possible misconduct. These included failures to apply adequate clinical judgement, making accusations based on insufficient evidence, a failure of competence, not acting in the best interests of the children and acting in a manner derogatory to the medical profession.

The final tally of proven counts is not summarised in the Fitness to Practise Committee's findings, but examination shows the allegations against Dr Woods were found proven in 13 of the 55 allegations. In the case of one of the 11 children, the Committee ruled against Dr Woods in all five areas of possible misconduct. It was also found that she had accused a relative of sexual abuse in cases involving five of the 11 children, "when you knew or ought to have known that there was insufficient foundation to or basis for such advice".

Case Study Dublin's Rotunda Hospital

The following information has been taken from the Transcript of a Court case that was heard in open Court and in which the alleged victim waved her anonymity. While the Medical Report and Evidence were denied to the Jury by the Presiding Judge, the damage was done, in open Court the Trial Judge said that he was satisfied that the alleged finding of anal dilation related to the abuse alleged. His assertions were relayed to the Jury as they had lunch in a local Hotel.

Defense Council: Did you establish the allegations being made in this case before you began a medical examination of the alleged victim who was 17 years old at the time of the examination?

Dublin's Rotunda Hospital: Medical Expert for Prosecution: No

Defense Council: So, you began an invasive and detailed examination of the alleged victim without first establishing the allegations being made?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: Yes

Defense Council: So, let us start with your findings. What did you find in your examination of the virginal area?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: I found that the virginal area was 100% perfect, the alleged victim was Virgo Intacta, an untouched virgin.

Defense Council: Was there any scaring, tissue damage, anything to indicate sexual abuse?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: No, absolutely nothing

Defense Council: Let me read to you, one of the allegations being made in this case, he was penetrating my virgina with such force that my head was banging off the headboard and the headboard bouncing off the wall, is that consistent with what you found?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: Absolutely not, it is in no way consistent with my findings, her hymen was fully intact, and that in itself is unusual as about 60% of girls under 12 years old have their hymens broken by normal activity such as bike riding.

Defense Council: You then examined the anal area, is that correct?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: Yes

Defense Council: And what were your findings?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: I carried out an examination and found that there was anal dilation

Defense Council: Could you explain to the Court, what process you used to establish anal dilation?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: Yes, I inserted a digit into the alleged victim’s anus, and then concluded that there was anal dilation.

Defense Council: So, not having established the allegations in this case, you inserted a digit into the rectum of this 17-year-old alleged victim and concluded that a digit had been inserted, is that what you are telling this Court?

Medical Expert for Prosecution: Yes

Defense Council: It so happens, that while you did not establish the allegations being made in this case before your invasive examination of the alleged victim, the alleged victim, did, after your examination make a statement to Gardai alleging both virginal and anal digital penetration.

Medical Expert for Prosecution: I did not know that

Defense Council: Furthermore, following your invasive examination, the alleged victim made a statement to An Garda Siochana, however, following delivery of your Medical Report to An Garda Siochana, the Gardai asked the alleged victim to return to the Garda Station and change her statement so that it would be more in keeping with your findings, for example, she emphasised anal digital penetration.

Medical Expert for Prosecution: I did not know that

Defence Council: You are aware that the allegations in this case relate to several years before your invasive examination of the alleged victim, would it be possible that the anal dilation that you claim to have found related to your own digital penetration of the alleged victim than something that was alleged after the examination to have occurred years earlier?

NOTE: The Medical Expert in this case, by her own admission, stated that she had not established the allegations being made. The alleged victim may have simply been saying that her breast had been touched, yet, the Medical Expert set about a process that can only be described as Medical Rape. The Medical expert could offer not explanation to The Court why she engaged in such an invasive examination of the alleged victim in this case. An examination which was followed by allegations of anal and digital penetration.

The Medical Expert in this case, while having no explanation as to why she conducted such an invasive examination of a 17-year-old female, would later publicly reveal that she is a practising Homosexual and a campaigner for sexual freedom.

Dublin's Rotunda Hospital Sexual Assault Treatment Unit

The figures for three of the years of SATU's existence, from 1985 to 1987, show not only the rapid increase in referred cases, but also the remarkable validation rate claimed by the Unit.

The Medical Council said, "It is still noteworthy ... that during this period SATU arrived at an apparent 100 per cent validation rate. It will be noted that this process involved not just validation but identification of the relationship of the assailant to the victim."

Subsequent years brought a massive increase in cases referred to SATU, and though the validation rate dropped, the Committee believed it remained "very high". In 1987, for example, 600 children were examined and 511 offenders were identified.

The Committee found: "It is the view of the majority of the committee that such figures, even if they did not purport to be entirely scientific or conclusive, should have placed Dr Woods and the other persons involved in SATU on notice of the risks of excessive certainty and an excessive rate of validation."

There is detail in the Committee's findings that suggests Dr Woods made rash and potentially damaging judgements. Her methods are detailed and held as suspect. In effect, the Committee indicates, she did not take proper heed of the power of her position, a role where her word on cases was considered as final by others within the health care system.

"It is important...to recognise that not only might there be the potential for criminal proceedings," the Committee concluded, "but also there existed a very substantial risk that application for a fit person order might be made by the District Court which might have the consequences of the removal of children from the custody and care of their parents for an indefinite or unspecified period."

Individual cases outlined in the Committee findings make disturbing reading. One such case involving Miss A was first brought to SATU after a worker in a residential day care centre began to notice abnormal behavior exhibited by a mentally handicapped five-year-old girl. The care worker "stated that there was evidence of sexualised behavior," the Committee heard. "This included putting lollipop sticks ... and other objects including knives up her vagina. [The worker] also stated that there was evidence of her 'masturbating at night'."

Such behavior was, of course, hugely inappropriate for a five-year-old, and the care worker's fears were passed on to the relevant health board. The worker also contacted Dr Woods, "without the involvement of the parents", and an interview was conducted in late 1986. "It appears that anatomically correct dolls were used and a physical examination was carried out," the Committee says. "Dr Woods's report was issued thereafter. Although it does not positively identify [the girl's father] as the perpetrator, it points strongly towards him."

In a subsequent report, Dr Woods again repeated the suggestion. "It was apparent from an examination of Miss A that she had been sexually abused," the doctor wrote. "It was difficult to think of any other person who could have been in contact with her other than her father."

After the first report, a Health Board official contacted Dr Woods and told her Miss A had "several autistic features". The Committee reported: "He asked whether there could be any doubt under those circumstances about the origin of her behavior in inserting objects into her vagina, that is, having discovered it, she might have developed a fixation."

Dr Woods said she believed her assessment stood. The case went to the District Court, where Dr Woods "stated that all the indicators pointed to the father as being the perpetrator as he was the only person who could have been in regular contact with the child". The child was kept in care until 1989, when she was returned to her parents.

In its findings, a majority of the Committee found Moira Woods had acted without considering the possibility that the girl's actions were due to mental handicap rather than abuse. The doctor had not taken into account the possibility of any perpetrator other than the father. There was certainly opportunity for a range of abusers, as the girl had spent a period of time in residential care. "In the view of the majority of the Committee the failure of Dr Woods to obtain expert advice on autism was a substantial falling below the standards that are to be expected of a medical practitioner," the Committee found. In short, the Committee said, Dr Woods' conclusions and accusations were "inappropriate and too bold". In reports, she had failed to mention the possible connection between autism and the girl's behaviour.

In a separate case, the Committee heard evidence about Miss B, whose parents were involved in a legal separation at the time of the abuse investigation. The girl's father had assaulted her mother when she pregnant with a second child. The mother brought an assault case against her husband, who was placed on probation. After the assault but before the court hearing, Miss B's mother brought her daughter, then aged three, to a hospital to be examined for signs of sexual abuse. Nothing was found.

The couple separated, amid conflicting stories of domestic violence. After one weekend when the husband had access to Miss B, the girl's mother again brought her to hospital, saying she suspected abuse. The mother said the girl had suffered a vaginal discharge.

She was examined by a specialist, several weeks after the date of the alleged abuse, and again nothing was found. Such discharge, the doctor noted, was not rare in young girls. Dissatisfied, the mother took the recommendation of her GP and contacted Dr Woods.

The Committee noted: "The entire incident took place in the context of matrimonial proceedings where, clearly, it would be prudent for a medical practitioner to proceed carefully." Dr Woods, the Committee found, had not been careful enough. She interviewed the girl at her home and found "that Miss B had been sexually assaulted and that it was believed to have been done by her father," the Committee said.

There was a clear conflict between the diagnoses of Dr Woods and other medics who had been involved in the case, one of whom had concluded: "On the balance of probabilities, it is not possible to confirm that Miss B has been sexually abused."

Dr Woods, the Committee said, made no attempt to contact the other medics. She gave evidence in court it was her opinion Miss B had been sexually abused by her father.

Distressing detail punctuates the Committee's findings. The use of anatomically correct dolls is again mentioned in the case of Miss A, where one medical witness questioned Dr Woods' interpretations of the child's response. Dr Woods had written in a report: "Daddy lies on his back. Miss A lies on top. Daddy's penis is in contact with the vulva/vaginal area of Miss A." The Committee found that the medical witness disagreed with this interpretation of the dolls. Instead, the girl was "simply engaged in a game with Dr Woods that has no meaning or reality."

SURROUNDING the case, too, is the wider issue of Moira Woods's role within Irish liberal history. In the 1970s and 1980s, Moira Woods was a familiar and controversial figure. She stood at the forefront of change, allying herself to campaigns against the war in Vietnam, against Bloody Sunday, against the destruction of Dublin by developers. Most pertinently, she stood for a new kind of sexual freedom.

Continuity IRA, MI5, Sentences

Seven men caught in a MI5 bugging operation targeting the Continuity IRA were on Friday, 13th November, 2020, handed prison sentences totaling 33 years.

• a plot to steal sulphur from a factory in Dublin to make explosives;
• a plot to buy a silencer for £2,000 for an automatic handgun which 'Mooch' Blair had in his possession;
• frustrations at the lack of weapons, ammunition, low membership numbers and finances to fund its terror campaign;
• training of individuals in the making of pipe bombs and the use of firearms

In 2011, I was working with a number of businesses in Gardiner Street, Dublin. I was fully and comprehensively aware of PIRA and Real IRA activity in north Dublin.

An Garda Siochana knew that there were serious threats against Queen Elizabeth, as they prepared for The Queen’s visit to Dublin, and those threats were made more real as The PIRA had provided both personnel and Commercial explosives for an attack on The Queen when she visited Dublin.

It is worth remembering that The DUP had been duped in 2006 when Sinn Fein/PIRA said that The PIRA was gone for good and full decommissioning had taken place, yet 5 years later the same Sinn Fein/PIRA were preparing to Murder Queen Elizabeth with Semtex.

Following the St Andrews Agreement in 2006, the DUP agreed to enter into power-sharing devolved government in Northern Ireland with Sinn Féin/PIRA. Despite reports of divisions within The DUP, a majority of the party executive voted in favor of power-sharing in 2007.

This picture was taken by this Author a few seconds before Queen Elizabeth was supposed to die if An Garda Siochana had not compromised the operation.

Thousands of Gardai were on high alert for the Queens Visit to Dublin. Every premises along the route that the Queen would take in Dublin had been visited.

While a pipe bomb was stopped on a bus on its way into Dublin, this made the situation even more serious as threats now became a reality. Nobody wanted to believe that The PIRA were involved, but they were, no politician would say publicly that it was The PIRA.

As security concerns heightened, Gardai found another bomb in Dorset Street a short distance from The Garden of Remembrance where the Queen was to visit.

While An Garda Siochana had pulled out all the stops, there was still a lingering doubt as to whether something had been missed, could The Queen still be in danger.

Even during the Queen's flight from London, doubts arose about whether it was safe for her to land in Ireland, and British Prime Minister, David Cameron, held an urgent meeting in the situation room in Downing Street in response, while Queen Elizabeth was airborne.

A senior Garda Officer called in a long serving security operative, and that operative walked every inch of the route to be taken by the Queen, and he then took up position in an area that he believed an attack would be most likely.

Sleeping rough on the back streets of north Dublin, the security operative finally got a break when he spotted Real IRA Leader, Alan Ryan, enter the rear of a building on Gardiner Street. The steel door that Alan Ryan entered lead to an unknown tunnel that ran/runs under Mabbot Lane which runs parallel to Gardiner Street.

As a result of this indicator Alan Ryan and others were arrested, but later released. The plan had been to assemble a bomb in the concealed tunnel and attach it with a magnet to the steel Railway bridge that runs over the bottom of Gardiner Street.

The PIRA had learned from operations in Northern Ireland that security vehicles were normally not fitted with blast proof roofs, so the intention was that the bomb would blow downwards and using shrapnel, kill The Queen inside her vehicle.

The Queen came within a hairs-breath of dying in Dublin, had it not been for the initiative of senior Gardai then The Queen would have died in 2011.

It would not be until 2014 that Garda Commissioner, Martin Callinan, would admit publicly for the first time that The PIRA were involved in the 2011 plot to Murder Queen Elizabeth.
